Please take
your time to read our conditions, before you make a reservation for a puppy from
our kennel.
When our previous litters where born, we’ve had a lot of reservations that were
cancelled after a while. This also happened when the puppies where already born.
It’s possible that a reservation is cancelled, and that’s fine. Some of the
people that are on our list for a puppy never get in touch with us when the
puppies are born, or don’t respond to our phone calls of emails.
Because of the number of reservations we receive for a litter, we have to put
some people on a waiting list or we have to tell them it’s not possible to
reserve a puppy. If someone cancel’s a puppy, the puppy is available for someone
on our list or for a buyer we have to told no.
Because of these things it’s necessary for us to ask our buyers for a down
payment of €100,-
We will confirm your reservation when we receive the down payment and your email
to reserve a puppy. The date your email and payment is received, is the date the
reservation is final.
The only way to get your down payment back is: (for example)
You would like to get a female dog, and your choice is 3rd. When the litter is
born there are just 2 female puppies. The dog you want is not in the litter, and
the payment is returned to you. If the dog of your choice is in the litter and
you make the decision not to buy the puppy (for whatever reason that is possible)we
will not return your down payment.
We would like you to send us an email when you’re interested in a litter/puppy.
And give us your contact details, name and address, so we can get in touch with
you when the litter is born.The number of reservations we take is limited. If
you’re not happy with the down payment it’s possible to get you on a list for
people that are interested but not will pay the down payment (our waiting list).
This list will come after our reservation list.
For the first 3 weeks it’s not possible to visit your puppy, the mom and the
puppies need allot of rest. And we would like to limit the risk of infection.
When the pups are 3 weeks and older it’s possible to come and visit us and the
litter. We would like you to make an appointment for these visits. To many
people is to busy for the mother dog and us, we like to get to know our buyers
and take the time we need to show you the pups. Photo’s and updates of the
puppies will be posted on our website weekly.
At 6 weeks the pups will get the first vaccinations and microchip. The puppies
are ready to go home with their new owners at 7 weeks. You can come to select
your puppy in the order of the reservation we received, it’s not possible to
select your pup before they are 7 weeks old.
If a puppy is going abroad, all the additional costs are for the buyer as well
as the necessary arrangements for transporting the dog.
